In what was an historic day for women’s cricket in Ireland with a win over England in a reduced over game at Stormont, our own Aimee Maguire produced a Player of The Match performance to set up that victory. Coming on to bowl in the 15th over she proceeded to take 5 wicket for just 19 runs in 3.5 overs, the fourth best figures for any Ireland bowler in women’s ODI history.

Well done Aimee, many more great games to come. Everyone at The Hills are very proud of your achievement.
