The Hills/North County Under 13 Girls defeat Pembroke in the first round of their cup competetion.
Clubman of the weekend has to go to Sean Price who managed to play for the Third X1 and then to go on and captain the Fifth X1 on the same day! Still managed to get back to the club for a pint!

What a unique family event, seven members of the Clinton clan lined out for our fifth X1 Vs Carlow.

On a rainy Bank Holiday Monday Terenure set us a target of 202 off 37 overs. We progressed well with solid contributions from Muzamil and Yaseen Sherzad, Liam Blackford and Joe Fletcher. Nathan came to th crease with the score on 102 and 19 overs gone and continuing threats of rain and Duckworth Lewis Stern lurking all around.
What happened next can only be described as an extraordinary display of batting skill and power. Nathan took the game by the scruff of the neck despatching 8 sixes and 1 four for a total of 68 runs off just 34 balls. This innings brought the target within relatively easy reach with 6 overs to spare and 6 wickets in hand at the end.
