Women’s winter training commencing on March 5th at 1pm – 2pm, March 12th, 19th and 26th at 2pm – 4pm. Training will be held in North County Indoor Hall and coached by our club’s new head coach, Jeremy Bray.

March 5th session is €5 per player and the sessions on the 12th, 19th and 26th will be €10 per player per session.

Saturday, as most of the country was focused on rugby, fifteen of our members volunteered their time for training in how to use our Automated External Defibrillator. Members learned the procedures needed to react calmly and administer CPR to adults, children and infants. Thanks to Miranda Andrews for organising and to Tom for providing the training. We would all hope we never need to use what we’ve learned but it is reassuring to know that there are plenty of people trained to help if the need ever arises. Well done to all.
